We are a family of five, me, my husband, and three young boys. The boys are nine, seven, and five. We live in the North York area of Toronto. We are looking for the assistance of a loving, kind, caring, patient, and mature person to help us with mainly the online learning and care of our boys. As expected, we are a busy family. Communication is the key to maintaining any good relationship. Therefore, we will be focused on individuals who, through references, can demonstrate past successes on good problem-solving skills and conflict resolution. We will be expecting the boys to be appropriately disciplined and will work with our Caregiver on the best way to do so. We have extremely high expectations for cleanliness, organizing nutrition, play, and sleep schedules for the boys as well as maintaining a neat and organized home. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, our children will be studying from home until further notice. COVID testing may also be required prior to starting with our family. We will require a large focus on helping to organize and develop good home-schooling practices. Thank you for your interest.
