We have a 10 month old baby with epilepsy (controlled by medication) who is slightly behind on development. We would like to hire someone who had experience or would be willing to go through training on dealing with epilepsy. We would need someone with flexible schedule as my husband has shift work. We would give the schedule months in advance. I will be working and studying from home for the rest of the year but would need someone to look after our baby. We are easy going and flexible but do need someone we would be comfortable with due to our circumstances.
