I'm looking for a kind and conscientious person with good judgment to care for my child and my home. Someone who will see what needs to be done and doesn’t always wait for specific instructions. Someone who is comfortable enforcing house rules (like no tv, or doing homework, or healthy eating before any dessert). My needs are flexible, if a candidate only wanted to work in the afternoons and do the child care, the job can be part-time afternoons/early evening, and if you also want to do the housekeeping, the job can be full time. Responsibilities are after-school care including picking up from school, transportation to programs, monitoring homework, engaging with my child when there is no homework or planned program, preparing dinner for my child and some cooking for me and occasional bedtime/babysitting. If housekeeping is added, then this would include all housecleaning, laundry, etc.
