Job Qualifications and Requirements: •Experience caring for children •Training in early childhood education preferred •First aid training and child and infant CPR preferred •Authorization to work in Canada •English proficiency •Reliable, honest, and trustworthy •Physical ability to care for a young child •Ability to plan, organize, and multitask with minimal supervision Childcare Duties: * Cooking * Preparing meals *Transporting children (drop off/pick up from school in the same complex building) *Children's Laundry *Children's baths and dressing *Mending Children's clothing as required *Planning activities for the children *Perform housework related to child care, including washing the children’s clothes, cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and washing bottles Housekeeping duties: *Clean the inside of the home including washrooms and the immediate external areas (balcony) * Kitchen cleaning- Dishes, cleaning inside and outside of fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters and floors * Clean Outside of Oven, Fridge, and Dishwasher * Laundry (washing, drying clothing and household items) * Ironing * Meal preparation and service * Cooking and serving on special events for family and or guests * Grocery shopping and household errands * Rotate seasonal clothing in closets, maintain pantry and routinely clear out of date and spoiled items. * Bed making, linen changing
