Greetings! We are on a quest to welcome a marvelous person into our home and hearts as a valuable addition to our loving family unit. For starters, this nanny role will be part-time, and with the right personality fit, it has the potential to evolve into a full-time position down the line. Being incredibly blessed parents, my husband and I cherish every moment with our active six-year-old son, our vibrant and lively three-year-old son, and the incredible set of twin girls who recently celebrated their first birthday and have added a new depth of love and adorableness to our lives. After devoting a year to nurturing my little ones, it's time for me to gradually return to my professional life. This is where you come in. Initially, I'll need someone reliable to lend a hand for 3-4 mornings a week. You'd arrive at our home around 8:30 a.m. and help get our boys prepared and off to school, which is nearby. Following their departure, we'd appreciate some help in tidying up the house and planning the day's activities. Our home may not be large, but it's filled with warmth, coziness, and happiness - all testament to our strong belief in maintaining a joyous, neat, and comfortable environment for our children. Once the boys are off to school, your time would be divided between assisting me with our twin girls, engaging them in our play area, preparing them for their nap, and possibly taking them to the local park for a walk or outing. Prior twin handling experience would be advantageous. As an involved parent, it's vital for me to find someone I can work with and communicate with easily. With the growth of my professional life, I'll need more support and I hope to find someone willing to be with us long-term as our children grow. As a child, I was cared for by a wonderful Nanny, who was not and employee but an integral part of my life, and we are still close today. I believe that such a relationship is both possible and important. If you are looking to start immediately, we would love to hear back from you. The work schedule would include Monday through Friday, mornings and midday. It's a live-out, part-time position, and although a driver's license is not needed, we do require light housekeeping, meal preparation for kids, children's laundry and maintaining a tidy kitchen. Note, the use of an automobile is not applicable, and the working hours are less than 25 hours a week. The main focus of care would be for our twin girls, who are between 1-2 years of age.
