The ideal nanny would be patient, energetic and experienced in child development. She will be required to attend to his bedtime routine or might need to just be there in case he wakes up. She will be required to work a couple of nights per week, probably the weekend, while we get ourselves some free time. Some light housekeeping might be needed but are not essential.
