We’re a young family that is looking for a part time nanny for housekeeping and to take care of our kids ages 2, 6, and 9 years old. We’re looking for someone to visit between 1 to 3 times a week for a minimum of 3 hours per visit. Days can be fixed or flexible. There will be at least one parent at home during all the visits so responsibilities will change every visit. You can expect to do a combination of these for each visit: - Play with kids/homework help/ - Taking kids to nearby park - Doing family laundry, folding clothes and putting it away - Putting delivered groceries away and cleaning fridge - Helping kids organize and tidy their rooms - Helping kids organize and tidy their play area - Preparing after school snacks for kids and next day school lunch meals for kids - Washing dishes and putting dishes away - Tidying up living room, dining room and kitchen - Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping different areas of the house - Cleaning bathrooms - Taking out the recycling and garbage For example, if visiting during the mornings when the kids are at school, you can expect to do household chores such as cleaning, tidying up, laundry, and putting away groceries. Childcare and housekeeping would not happen simultaneously. For example 3:00 - 4:00 - tidy up toys, clean surfaces, mop and vacuum main floor 4:00 - 5:00 - take toddler to park while Mom makes dinner and helps older kids with homework 5:00 - 6:00 - fold and put away laundry What’s required: - CPR - First aid - Police clearance - Fully vaccinated - English speaking - Non-smoker It would be nice if you had the following but it's not required - valid driver's license Salary is negotiable.
