Me and my fiancé are in the process of looking for a wonderful, caring and trustworthy person to watch our two kids when we have date nights or a night away! We will be interviewing potential people and then introducing you to our kids to make sure the pair of you click. We require a criminal record check and to have it redone every year. We have never had anyone watch our kids as we’re young parents so please be easy with us as we all can understand how this is a very stressful and hard first step to trust a stranger with your children. The house does have cameras so this must be something your comfortable with and we also have a dog / cat. Whoever we hire I want them to feel comfortable and like apart of the family as I’m hoping this is a longer term thing for both parties! :)
