We are in the process of being approved for LMI. We need someone who enjoys playing, is active, and is able to give the kids proper attention. It is important to us that our kids learn house skills (picking up after themselves, doing things for themselves), being independent, manners. We do not provide screen time. Both our kids are very active and in a number of classes so there is down time built right into the day to cook, tidy up and to just sit, because sometimes we need to just sit. Mental health is extremely important to us and so is physical health. We are looking for long term (minimum 2 yrs). No hygiene care, bedtime, naptime or driving required. We work from home and are hands on with the kids. We drive them to and from their classes, and do dinnertime as a family. We are available to do diaper changes, bath time and bed time. We are looking for somebody who will come in and be a stable, positive role model for the kids. and will treat our family like their own.
