A little background for you, we are a family of 5, 3 girls aged 9 (almost 10), 5 and 3. My oldest and middle child go to school, but due to COVID, we decided to keep my youngest out of daycare for the time being. Both my husband and I work from home, but trying to give our 3yr old the attention she needs and deserves is quite difficult with both of us working full-time. Main hours would be about 5 to 6hrs/day (between the hours of 9am and 4pm), stimulating a little 3 year old mind. She's kind, she's loving, she has a beautiful sense of humour, a little gem (I'm bias of course). We are flexible with hours, diligent about taking sick days when required, and extremely careful in all other aspects. If you are interested in chatting more, I'd love to hear from you.
