We are a family with 3 kids age 6-11 in Westboro, Ottawa. I'm hoping to hire a hard working and reliable candidate with live-out availability. Fluency in French would be an asset but not required. We are looking for someone part-time as the core hours would around 2-6pm with one day starting at 11:30. We would, however, consider extending or reducing those hours for the right candidate to make the job closer to full-time. If full-time, we’d ask for more housework / meal prep during the day while the kids are in school. We require a caregiver who has their own car as one of our kids needs to be picked up from school and bussing is not provided. Duties: - two children would need to be picked up from the bus stop at 3pm. - as stated above, one would need to be picked up by car at 3:45 - light housework and meal prep for kids. - facilitating homework after school - other duties as required We have an adorable small dog - the candidate must be willing to care for the dog as needed (minimal care required as we would walk him earlier in the day) One of the children will be at a sport from 4pm onwards 3 evenings per week. On those days, he would just need a light snack before leaving. We have flexibility for the number of hours per day (we can adjust up or down) but absolutely need someone who could be at the bus stop by 3pm.
