I am looking for an experienced individual for an in-home care provider position to provide exceptional childcare for my newborn. This full-time position requires 30-40 hours of dedication per week, from mornings to middle of the day from Monday to Friday. Your primary responsibility will be to cater to the various needs of my child while ensuring her safety at all times. The everyday duties include planning and preparing the child's meals, supervising playtime, scheduling stimulating activities for their social and intellectual development, and managing nap routines. Please also be ready to assist with any educational activities that might give her a head start in life. Besides childcare, your role will also encompass light housekeeping tasks. This could include tidying up the child's room and common areas, doing the child's laundry, keeping the kitchen neat, and helping with the child's bathing and dressing routines. Communication is critical in this role. You will need to maintain constant open communication with me regarding my child's well-being, progress, and behavior. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare. A valid certificate of CPR and First Aid skills is necessary. While a driver's license is not mandatory, you should have reliable transportation. The role doesn't require the use of an automobile. Also required is an impeccable record, which will be verified through a background check, and excellent references to vouch for your work. If you have knowledge in early childhood education, that will be an added advantage. The position is a live-out one, and I hope for you to start from 13th November 2023.
