I work in Toronto and leave for work at 1pm, my Husband comes home anytime between 5 and 6pm. The youngest naps from 1-3, and then the the oldest will need to be picked up from school at 3:25. We have grandparents near by who have been watching them but they are getting older and it's becoming more challenging. They can still help if needed and even watch them one of the 3 days if needed.
