I need someone to come into my home on a part-time/on-call basis to watch my 3 year old son while I am at work. Must have own vehicle, be flexible, reliable and able to work on short notice or on call. This person needs to be available and willing to work long hours (sometimes 14-15 hours) and some overnights/early mornings.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
