We are offering a part time position to an energetic, kind and motivated candidate to nanny after school, tidy/clean our house, run errands, drive kids to activities and play dates, and stay with the kids if they have a sick day. Nicholas (12) loves nature, hiking and fishing. He is great with little kids. He is starting french immersion high-school. Clara (8) is a tough, fun and organized kid that loves being active and swimming, she is entering grade 3 French immersion. Michael and Regina are physicians working irregular shifts in the hospital. Regina loves having a tidy, inviting house so a candidate who loves cleaning, organizing and tidying is ideal. Our home on the Ocean and offers great opportunities for walks in nature. We speak German with the kids, and school is in French. Knowing either language would be an asset but not necessary. We are looking for 16-20 hours per week and have some flexibility with regard to when these times are. Two full days and perhaps another afternoon would work well. The job would ideally start in mid September. Our current Nanny is moving away from Nanaimo and would be happy to be a reference for the Family.
