Bonjour! THIS PART-TIME, LIVE-OUT POSITION STARTS IN SEPTEMBER 2015. We are a bilingual family living in Ahuntsic, walking distance from Metro station Henri-Bourassa. We moved to Montreal two years ago from the United States. We are looking for an enthusiastic person (male or female) to accompany a 12 year old young man after school, Mondays to Thursdays from late afternoon (16h00) to early evening (20h00 or 21h00). Responsibilities would be to pick up or welcome him from school, drive him to activities as needed, encourage homework in French and English, prepare dinner and the next day's lunch, perform small household tasks (such as grocery shopping, keeping the kitchen clean) and lots of fun & giggles. A bit of help with household organisation and planning would also be most welcome! Occasionally, we would need the family helper to stay overnight, when Mom is traveling for business. Rarely would he/she be needed on the weekends. The person must ABSOLUTELY have a driving licence, preferably with experience with manual transmission. The young man is entering secondary school in September, is very easy going, loves to sing and laugh, is a chef at heart and loves cooking and all kinds of cuisine, plays the piano, swim with a competitive team and is very fond of movies, electronics and video games! If you like Marvel, Minecraft and Just Dance, you will be his hero!
