Hi there, We are looking for a part time nanny who is very social, fun, and fluent in either English or French to care for our 3 year old toddler son. He is speech delayed so someone to play and interact with him one on one to facilitate his language skills. He goes to daycare Mondays to Fridays, and as we are currently busy at work, someone to go and pick him up from the daycare and bring him back to the house (15 minute walk), make him something to eat, play and prepare him for bed time. The position is part time and flexible and also requires some basic duties such as putting away the dishes and cleaning up after. I encourage creative and social play and we have lots of activities and toys at home that are available. He is a fun boy who loves to giggle and play. That said, as most toddlers go, he can also have some hard days as well. He is potty trained but requires some degree of assistance. We also have a 10 year old terrier dog at home, and we are a non-smoking family. The position starts immediately but will require a few initial play dates so that child and nanny can learn to bond and get to know one another.
