Looking for a 2nd live-out nanny to care for our almost 3 year old and just turned 1 year old daughters on our country property. Both girls love the outdoors and love to be active. We currently have our youngest on a 2 nap a day schedule and our eldest on a 1 nap a day schedule; which creates a back to back sleep eating and clean up schedule during the daytime; and limits the amount of activity time for each. We are looking for a second nanny to help look after the girls, allow each to have their outdoor time and keep the household clean and tidy. Our current nanny goes back to school in the fall so I am looking for a long-term and permanent solution. My ideal candidate: Has ECE/teaching certifications and experience Has experience being a nanny or child care provider for children ages 1 - 5 years Supports and fosters positive parenting solutions Supports and encourages early education and teaching new skills Will clean up, tidy and do housekeeping duties such as dishes, laundry and household cleaning. Is clean, detail oriented and maintains a clean and tidy household. Is comfortable and experienced around pets and horses Is physically fit to manage stairs, walking long distances on the property and working with an energetic 2.5 year old and 8 month old at the same time.
