Needing a genuine, honest, reliable, caring, patient, high energy caregiver for my three children ages 10, 7, 3. The position includes a full one bedroom suite with own laundry and separate entrance as well as access from inside main portion of house, food (while working) and utilities(gas,hydro,cable,internet) as well as a set monthly pay. Duties will include : Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children Drop off and pick up of children-school, activities,appointment's etc... Care for children when the are sick or injured Monitor homework and playtime Organize and participate with activities for the children Communicate with all members of the household in a positive way Help guide children in cleaning up behind themselves Help guide children with upkeep of personal hygiene Meal prep as needed Help maintain a clean, safe and organized home environment Keep daily log of children's activities, nutrition and illness or injury Enforce consequences when needed following guidelines laid out by myself. Keep open honest communication Requirements: Current criminal record check Child abuse registry check Drivers abstract Safe and reliable vehicle Employed experience with caring for children that are not yours, or those belonging to friends and family Speak and write fluently in English Schedule will vary slightly but is mainly a Monday -Friday, daytime position. Most evenings and weekends off.
