We need a nanny for the days that she can't attend to her preschool (sickness, day off, etc). Her dad works remotely, so he will be at home but he won't be able to take care of her as he can't take day off. We would like to pay hourly when she can't go to daycare or return early for the hours that she is with her nanny. One more thing is, we are multicultural family and we are raising her trilingual, one is English, in Montessori system. We are looking for a nanny who has early childhood education, preferred is Montessori, and speaks English as mother tounge.
