We are seeking a reliable and caring part-time nanny to provide exceptional care for our children while also assisting with light housework duties. The nanny will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of our children, as well as maintaining a clean and organized household. This position requires a nurturing individual with excellent time management and organizational skills. Responsibilities: 1. Childcare: - Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children. - Supervise and monitor children's activities at all times. - Assist with the children's daily routines, including feeding, bathing, and dressing. - Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as playtime, arts and crafts, and educational games. - Accompany children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and playdates. 2. Light Housework: - Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and tidy living environment. - Clean and organize children's play areas, bedrooms, and common areas. - Assist with laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away clothes. - Prepare simple and nutritious meals and snacks for the children. 3. Safety and Well-being: - Maintain a high level of awareness regarding the children's safety and security. - Administer basic first aid when necessary and seek medical attention when required. - Follow established guidelines for the children's health and hygiene. 4. Communication and Collaboration: - Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding the children's well-being and daily activities. - Collaborate with parents to develop and implement age-appropriate schedules and routines. - Work cooperatively with any other household staff or caregivers. Qualifications: - Prior experience in childcare or as a nanny is preferred. - Genuine love for children and a strong desire to contribute to their development. - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of first aid and child safety procedures. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect household privacy. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if driving is required).
