We are in need of a full-time nanny for our three boys ages 4, 5, and 7. They are in school full-time and drop off is at 8:30 and pick up is at 3pm. We also have a dog that will be at home, and will need to go outside for potty breaks. The majority of the work would be housework as the boys are only home for 1.5 hours in the morning, and 1.5 hours in the afternoon. While the boys are in school we would like someone that takes care of our home (change sheets, laundry, maintain a clean home, meal prep) and a huge bonus if you know how to cook. As for the schedule, there is some flexibility for the right person. The regular schedule is Monday to Friday 7am - 4:30pm, with a one hour break everyday. However, I'm usually off on Wednesdays, and my husband on Fridays so we're able to accommodate additional days off if wanted. Also, I work shift work, so we can also schedule later start times when I start later, if this is of interest. However, you are guaranteed 40 hours per week. Please note, public transportation is not available where we live. We are open to providing a vehicle for caregiver's use for the right candidate. Please note one child in the home is on the autism spectrum, and training will be provided. He has therapy on Wednesdays and Fridays which is why my husband and I are home those days.
