As a well-established and energetic family of four, we are currently seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented House Manager to maintain and oversee our busy household. Our family, which includes two young boys aged 10 and 13, is known for our strong sense of community, love for outdoor activities, and dedication to both work and school. The House Manager's role involves managing and coordinating of household tasks, ensuring our home runs smoothly and efficiently. These tasks include, but are not limited to, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home, overseeing and coordinating maintenance work, managing other household staff. The successful candidate will also assist with running errands, meal planning, and preparation, and coordinating the schedules of the family members, when required. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, and an intuitive understanding of a family-oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a strong willingness to take the initiative. The candidate should also be comfortable with children and be willing to coordinate and oversee their schedules as required. The right candidate will also value discretion and understand the importance of maintaining the family's privacy. They will demonstrate a high degree of honesty, reliability, and integrity. Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates who demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, dedication, and a can-do attitude.
