Hello! We need a nanny to help me out with our two boys, 21 months and 6 months (the 21 month old goes to daycare two days a week). I recently hurt my back and am struggling to manage the boys while still allowing my back time to heal. I could really use some full-time help until my back gets better, at which point we would like to keep someone around for one day a week and potentially some weekends.
