We are two shift working parents with two young children, 3.5 and 1.5. Our 3.5 will start school in September. Our schedules sometimes line up, and sometimes do not. Therefore, our child care needs would depend on this from week to week. I can provide schedules a month in advance, but the maximum days we would need accommodations would be 10 a month, with a minimal of 5 days! Some of these shifts would be 6am-730pm, some 1pm-5pm, some over night (rarely), but would be 6pm-730am. When September is here, on the day shifts we would require you to take our eldest to and from school (3 minute walking distance from our home). If this is of any interest for you, please reach out.
