We are looking for a nanny for our two children, 4 (daughter) and 6 (son). We live in the Ritchie area. We are looking for someone kind, compassionate, and diligent. Our son will attend grade 1 at a school half a block away, and our daughter will attend preschool two afternoons per week. Responsibilities will include: preparing breakfast, dressing children. preparing/assembling lunch/snacks for children. drop off and pick up at schools. Overseeing homework, reading, playing. Taking children on outings, to playdates and activities Meal preparation Light housekeeping Walking and feeding dog. Hours approximately 730-500, overtime on little notice expected (things often come up at parents' work of an urgent nature). Some overnights may be required if parents have to travel for work. A driver's license is desirable. We may be able to have the nanny drive my car on occasion, and I would take the bus to work. We are willing to apply for an LMIA but do not currently have one.
