My mom will be providing care to my child, but some tasks are difficult for her as she has arthritis. I am looking for someone to assist my mom in tasks helps with (changing his diaper or dressing him if needed, or helping her take him out to a play place etc by putting him in his car seat). When she doesn’t need help, I am hoping for small tasks to get done around the house, possible some meal prep or folding laundry, vacuuming or mopping or just general tidying up. We are both shift workers in our home and shifts are quite flexible, but some weekend work would be required. We are looking for probably 3-4 days a week for 3-4 hours a day. At times we would also look for someone to come and after our midnight shifts so we can sleep a bit, which would require someone to be here around 6 am (he doesn’t usually get up until 7/730) but we would be in the home if anything was needed.
