Looking for a nanny, 70% of the time cooking, cleaning house, 30% of the time babysitting. I have 1 year old twin girls, they have the same schedule, very well behaved. My husband and I work from home, need help with babysitting during the day only, we will help with taking care of the babies throughout the day too. For babysitting part, including diaper change, food preparation(I will lead this part), play with babies when they need adult to be around (most of the time, they can play with each other). Babies grandparents live nearby, they will come over to babysit when they are available too. I will take shower and put babies to bed at night, no need for nanny to stay with the babies at night. Live in nanny has your own bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Non live in nanny is also acceptable if you live close to our place.
