We are looking for a part time nanny for our 3yo son and 12mo daughter. My husband and I both work shift work and some months we need up to 12 days of coverage and some months as little as 4. Earliest shifts would be 6am and latest often would be until about 5pm when their grandma could take over. There may be the odd time we would need coverage until maybe until just after midnight (roughly 1230am) if grandma is unavailable or out of town. Our schedules are set shifts so we would be able to provide schedules months in advance.
