We are seeking a nanny for three afternoons a week. Job Involves: • Picking up three-year-old (fully toilet trained) child from daycare and bringing her home (both in NDG area) • Caring for and playing with child (games, books, songs, park excursions, etc.) • Light tidying (picking up toys, folding laundry, putting clean dishes away, etc.) • Desired Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 3:30pm to 6:30pm Candidate Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver's license and possession of a car (we would supply a removable car seat) • Fluency in English • Experience and/or studies in education or psychology an asset; FSL education would be a major asset • Non-Smoker a must • Candidates will be screened carefully through reference checks and police background check • Available to start in October or November 2014 We would like someone who could make a commitment from now until June (minimum), but this is a long-term position where if we found the right person could work with us for years to come.
