Job Description: We are seeking a caring and patient babysitter to provide dedicated care and support for our 3-year-old son. Our son is hyperactive and has a speech delay, so we require someone who can engage him in educational activities while ensuring his safety and well-being. As both parents work from home, we need a reliable individual who can manage his daily routine without household chores or food preparation responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Provide attentive and nurturing care to our hyperactive 3-year-old son. • Engage him in age-appropriate activities. • Monitor his behavior and redirect any challenging behaviors calmly and patiently. • Follow any specific instructions or routines provided by the parents. • Conduct yourself with professionalism and maintain confidentiality. Qualifications: • Experience working with children, particularly those with hyperactivity or speech delays. • Patience, understanding, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors positively. • Knowledge of age-appropriate activities and educational games. • Strong communication skills to provide updates and feedback to parents. • Reliable and punctual, able to follow a set schedule from 9am to 3pm. • Must undergo and pass a comprehensive background check. • If you have a child of your own, you are welcome to bring them to our house.
