Another family and ours are looking to find a quality, experienced caregiver to share for full time work. One family needs help on 2 1/2 days/week (22 hours/week): Half-day Wednesday & Tuesday/Friday full day. The other family needs Mondays & Thursday's afternoon/evenings up to 9pm, providing an additional 12-16 hours/week. These are for consistent weekly hours of full time work within the same NW community. Duties in each home will include caring for 2 young girls (3 1/2 & 18months); or in the other family, three sons, ages 11, 8 & 5, and will include pickup from afternoon school & some transportation to evening activities, meal prep, light housework & laundry etc. We all value homes full of joy, fun and love and the right candidate must be unreserved and ready to dive in to the position with energy, love, fun, patience & attention towards our children and household. You must be organized, self-initiating and creative to actively engage in our childs’ development and growth. We want to know you genuinely LOVE children and don't want the TV to be the babysitter all day. A key asset is to have a welcoming personality to relate and connect to each growing & unique child personality. Infant/toddler care experience is a must, as one family has a young 18month old.
