We are two lawyers looking for a full-time caregiver for our son and daughter who are aged 3 and 5. We pride ourselves on being good employers. Your work hours will be respected and we will not expect you to work longer than 8 hours a day. We will not expect you to do housework other than what is directly related to your childcare duties (e.g. tidying toys and cleaning up the kitchen after lunch). Also, we provide paid vacation days, which include all statutory holidays plus 2 weeks of paid vacation per year. We currently have a caregiver we love, but she is going back to school. We would be happy to put you in touch with her so that she can tell you all about us. Location: Hillhurst, Calgary. Our home is in a great inner-city neighbourhood. It's a short walk to the river as well as great parks in the area, including Riley Park. Terms: Full-time, live-out Benefits: You will have access to government benefits as we pay applicable taxes and hold Workers' Compensation insurance. 2 weeks paid vacation per year plus all statutory holidays.
