Hello, we have 2 daughters ages (almost 8) and 9. They are in grade 2 and 4. We are both shift workers with every week being different. Currently our nanny works flexible hours to meet the needs of the week but we have always limited her late evening work and weekend work. She has had to sleep over approximately five times in 2 years. We need someone who can be amazing with the girls, drive to and from school and activities, but also do a lot of house management including laundry, buying groceries, making lunches and meals and cleaning. We are very flexible, treat you like an important part of the family and take a lot of time off through out the year giving you a lot of breaks.
