Hi future nanny! We are looking for summer childcare for our two children, Naomi and Isaac, aged 4.5 and nearly 7. The position begins on Weds. July 5 and runs until August 25, with the last week of July off for vacation (6.5 weeks total). Work hours are from 7.45 am until 3 pm (7.25 hours) Mon-Thurs and 7.45 am until 1 pm on Fridays (5.25 hours). We offer competitive wages, holiday pay and a great work environment. We live in the lovely area of Triwood (inner northwest) with parks and playgrounds in all directions. A family SUV is available for use during the day (for an experienced driver). We have a large yard and garden, and our kids love being active and outdoors - biking, tending the vegetable garden, climbing trees, and riding their bikes. We have Science Centre and Zoo passes, and encourage 'field trips'. We are looking for an outgoing and energetic nanny, who doesn't mind helping out around the house as needed (just cleaning up after the children and keeping things organized). The job will include: - organize activities for children including indoor crafts, stories, games, and outdoor activities - take children on trips to library, zoo, science center, playgrounds etc. - accompany children to activities, such as playdates and swimming lessons - prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children We look forward to hearing from you, Kate and Rich
