Hi, I am interested in renting out my spare room and basement area. There is a wet bar area that I would equip with small appliances and you would have access to use the main kitchen oven/stove. Looking to rent out July 1, 2017. I would prefer someone who also has nanny/babysitting interests and experience. As there could be opportunities for occasional evening/weekend work. I would reduce the rent amount for your time. I live in the NW near Centre Street and 40 Ave. So very central and easy access to public transport. I'm looking for someone who doesn't smoke and is okay with a dog and cat. Also someone who can provide a police check, income verification, and references. The basement does not have a separate entrance so the person will need to be as trustworthy as a live-in nanny. Currently, I have a full-time nanny for our two children. So preferable, the right person would have other employment or be in school full-time so you are not disturbed during the day. Also if you speak Spanish that would be perfect. My daughter is in Spanish Immersion. I would offset monthly rent for some weekly tutoring (just practicing Spanish with her). Please contact me if this arrangement interests you.
