We are a professional couple seeking a caring and experienced live-out nanny to join our family and care for our three year old daughter and one year old son. Our daughter Sophia is kind, intelligent, independent and is a blast to play with. Our son Ben loves following his sister around and is at the stage where he is starting to show his own goofy little personality. We require someone with 3 years of previous experience as a nanny or au pair. You must love working with kids and be kind, trustworthy, energetic and reliable. Formal training in early childhood development is a plus and you must have (or be able to get) up-to-date first-aid certification, including infant CPR as well as a current police check. You must be a non-smoker. The position is available immediately. Responsibilities will include; - Loving and caring for our two awesome kids.. - Providing stimulating activities/play throughout the day - Preparing snacks and lunch daily - A bit of kids laundry - Occasional errands - Tidying up at the end of the day The part time hours are: Monday - Thursday 7:00AM - 12:30PM Friday 7:30AM - 3:30PM (with 1-2 Fridays off each month) Hourly wage is expected to be $16/hr, however this is negotiable for the right person.
