Looking for a part-time nanny/babysitter immediately. It is important that CPR/First-aid training is up to date, police check available, and references. The successful individual needs to have attention to detail, follows instructions, promotes positive learning, patient and calm, punctual, has own vehicle or reliable transportation, and great communication skills. Precautions regarding COVID will be discussed. ECE education or similar is an asset but not required. We are happy to work with students as well who love working with kids. The hours will be during the day with specifics being arranged at the time of hire (we are flexible and happy to work around school schedules). In general, we are rather flexible, but a standard schedule can be arranged for ease. References mandatory along with criminal background check. Wage will be determined based on qualifications of the individual. The child is 19 months old and has an older brother attending kindergarten (depending on the hours, only one child or both children will need care). Individual must be willing to do outings, crafts, etc. with all materials being supplied by us. Light housework (cleaning up toys, sweeping, cooking, meal prep, dishes, etc.) may be required during down time.
