I am seeking a full-time live-out or live-in nanny to begin approximately July 1, to cover my current wonderful nanny's maternity leave. She will be taking at least 6 months of maternity leave. I would be committed to helping whoever covers her maternity leave find a wonderful new family at the end of her leave. We have a 1-year-old son and a 5-year-old daughter. Our 5-year-old is in school full time, so the position is primarily to care for our 1-year-old. Our nanny works 40 hours a week, averaged over 4 weeks, and usually works 4 days a week. Once or twice a month, she will work a weekend day or an evening (noon until 7:30). No overnights are required. Rarely, I ask if she would like to work overtime, and pay her time and a half if she is agreeable, however generally overtime is not required. We are looking for someone who will help feed, bathe, and play with our children, mostly our 1-year-old. Our current nanny takes him to the park whenever the weather allows. Our current nanny also prepares dinner most nights and does laundry and housekeeping as time allows during our child's nap. My husband works from home most days, and we have a sweet friendly dog, but we do not require any pet care. Driving is not required. Currently unable to sponsor.
