I’m looking for care for my 20 month old son who is 17 months corrected as he was born 3.5 months early. I’m a nurse and work 12 hour shifts and my schedule is varied, but I know my schedule for the year and I can let you know all the days I need care for my son. It works out to be only 2-3 days a month, that usually occur on Thursdays and Sundays. I think there is twice in this year that I would need help on a Monday and Tuesday. The minimum hours per day is 8 hours but are usually closer to 10 hours. The ideal candidate would be able to work every day that is needed for the year so I don’t have to transition him to someone new. The full days are needed at the beginning of March, but I would like to start earlier to try to transition him to someone new. Duties Included: Serving/Preparing Meals/Snacks, Light Cleaning related to the baby (cleaning up after he eats & toys), General Care of Baby (Naps, Diaper Changes, Clothing Changes, etc), Following daily routine, Playing or taking baby to activities Requirements: First Aid Training (CPR-C or Equivalent) Non Smoking I’m located in the Burnaby South Slope area.
