I am looking for someone to help me with home, kids grocery shopping, errands. Pretty much whatever is needed to fill in when I can't/need help. I am at home with 2 kids and pregnant with a 3rd. I love cleaning, but also need to balance that time with my children, so the duties just get split off depending on the day and the task as well. I have an (almost) 5-year-old, a 15-month-old, and one on the way. We also have a large dog. If you don't like large dogs, this definitely won't be a good fit. She also loves to play and bark when she's happy. I live just outside of Burlington, so a valid driver's license is definitely required in order to get here. (North of Dundas/Appleby). Cleaning duties (off the top of my head) include kitchen duties (like washing dishes, sink, surrounding area, sweeping floors, putting away clean dishes, loading dishwasher). Laundry; hanging and folding, carrying laundry (& other stuff) up&down the stairs. Sweeping baseboards & floors, vacuuming, mopping. Quick tidy of bathrooms/sink area and the occasional shower scrub. I am perfectly happy scrubbing my own toilets if you're not into it. So the job is about 60 cleaning and 40 hanging out with the kids. With all the covid restrictions and social time being taken away from them too, I am looking for active engagement with the kids. Lots of outdoor time, creating, building, etc. Cleaning up after play time is part of it all too. Approx 30-40 hours a week. And I am looking for someone for long term employment. Not just the summer.
