Qualifications Include: - previous experience caring for a child of similar age (Toddler) - CPR/First Aid qualification - non-smoker - able to provide a current Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening - loving, warm, empathetic; would treat him like your own son - valid driver's license - must have a post-secondary degree or diploma - extremely responsible with regards to Covid-19; our son is immunocompromised therefore candidates should be following all government health and safety regulations - able to provide at least 2 relevant references Additional Information: - position would begin in Feb 2021 on a part-time basis (3 days a week, 830am to 430pm) *WED-FRI preferably - duties would include preparing meals/snacks, cleaning up after each meal/snack and playtimes, changing diapers, providing stimulating and age-appropriate play-based activities - an education or background in Early Childhood Education, child development, medicine, and/or teaching would be considered an asset
