Our family: We are a family of three with a 2 year old son named Wellington. What we are looking for: part time nanny. Someone that is trustworthy, reliable, has a proven track record and experience with toddlers. We are a young, busy family that requires additional support with day-to -day care of our son, general house upkeep, errands, cooking, etc. Our son is very active, energetic, full of life and enjoys playing outside in nature. He enjoys cooking, cars, trains, and playing with his dog Finn. Ideally, we are looking for someone that can help create an environment of learning, stimulation and creativity. We are looking for someone that has prior experience in a similar nanny role and can form a strong connection with our son and become part of our family. A valid drivers licence and vehicle is required for daily outings and socialization activities. Job Location: we are located in North / Rural Burlington, Ontario. Service Requirements: - tidying around the house- laundry, dishes, baby bottle cleaning, sweeping, organization, etc - tending to and caring for a toddler - create an engaging environment for toddler that stimulates learning - take toddler to appropriate social outings including the library, park, play gyms etc. - meal prep & cooking (emphasis on healthy, plant-based meals) - running errands, grocery shop, etc - vehicle and valid drivers license - occasional travel - experience caring for children - comfortable with dogs - takes initiative - happy & fun demeanour! Job start: Asap. Days of the week and hours can be flexible (approx 20 hours a week).
