I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy nanny who can look after my 1-year old boy while I work from home starting January 4, 2021. In order to gradually transition him to a new caregiver, I would like a gradual introduction by December 21, 2020. My work schedule would allow for flexibility so Nanny's schedule is open to negotiation, depending on the nanny's qualifications and availability. It is also possible that I would have a nanny on certain days and have him in a home care/daycare setting on certain days to allow for more social interaction. In general terms, I am looking for the following qualifications from a nanny: - patient, loving, reliable, trustworthy - follows strict COVID-19 protocols - has at least 5 years of experience with children of 1-2 years old, including the management of food allergies - completed training in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent - background in Montessori approach which is child-centered with open-ended play and learning - adherence to the child's routine - speaks either French or Tagalog/Filipino, in addition to English - CPR training and first aid training - ability to provide light housekeeping If you believe that you have the qualifications, please send me a message and provide details as to how you meet the criteria specified above.
