I have three boys, 5 year old who is in school, may need you to drop and pick up, 3 year old who is not potty trained and 18 month old. An ideal candidate would be a live in nanny. Benefits of this include the following: - access to the whole house - a bedroom and washroom (700$+ value) - laundry (unlimited use) - internet (40-50$ value) - groceries (200-400$ value) - driveway parking - tv provided ( savings of at least $1000 monthly) We would like for someone to live and help take care of the kids, this includes babysitting, cleaning, bathing, helping out with chores, being a part of the family. We would provide all food and household supplies. No one does this, including utilities for free. We would pay this person a flat rate of $400 per week. We aren’t slave drivers so this person wouldn’t have to work 24/7 or 8 hours a day. They would help out when we need and likely just watch the kids if we ever need to go out. We are home bodies for the most part. Wife may require you to go shopping and come out to events, parties and get togethers. We may also need this person to travel for vacations with us, all expenses paid. We may even be able to provide a vehicle if the right candidate is found. Wife goes to work early morning and comes home at 9 am, kids wake at 10 am. I leave for 10-11 am to work. She would likely only be needed to help out when we nap, if we go out or if we have appointments. The other option is a nanny to come babysit while we are at work, help my mother to take care of my three boys and help with household chores. Compensation would be hourly or flat rate per day.
