Hi!! I am looking for a live-in nanny to care for my little lady. She is will be 16 months when I plan to go back to work. I commute each day for work and require someone who is reliable and flexible to work with my schedule. I am looking for someone is willing to be apart of our family. I am very close with my family and spend plenty of time with them. I hope that in time you will want to share dinner and do things with us as well as taking care of my little girl while I am at work. We are very active, and I enjoy interactive things with my daughter instead of electronics. Reading, swimming, playing outside with each other are important to me as she grows up. I will want her caregiver to be open to spending time outside the house playing and other activities with other children. Our dog previously spent the day with my family while I was working before baby. I still have not decided if he will be with my daughter and my caregiver full or part time when I Am working. He is maturing with age and pretty easy to take care of on a day to day basis. Although, he does love to play tug-a-war and will insist on it every couple hours. I need someone who will be at our home to finish getting my daughter ready for the day, prepare and feed her meals and snacks, attend activities or do crafts and prepare dinner for us. I do like to cook and if time permits I would love to be home to do this as much as possible. I am pretty particular and appreciate a clean and organized home. I would expect light cleaning to be done to keep the house presentable throughout the week. I hope I can find someone who can ensure my baby girl is happy, healthy and safe while I am working. Our family had a nanny for my brother who became apart of our family, which we still keep in contact with and see. I would like someone who sees this as much more then a job but an extension to their family as well.
