My second dog, a schnauzer, which I lost only 3 months ago, was with me for 16 years, he was a really active dog who liked to play with the ball and run in the sand, however in the last years of his life he could hardly walk because his arthritis so I had to carry him to help him walk around the house, climb stairs and during his walks. He also lost his vision, so I had to dedicate additional time to feeding him almost like a baby. Due to his medical condition and other illnesses, he had during his life, I also know how to take care of an elderly dog and give him his medicine. My third dog is a mix that I adopted from the streets of a South American country 9 years ago. I moved to Canada 3 years ago with my 2 dogs. Currently I live with my dog, my husband's two cats and a rabbit. My love, patience and dedication for animals is my best letter of introduction.
