Nous recherchons une personne ayant un minimum d’expérience, ou démontrant une grande capacité et une passion pour apprendre rapidement, et qui est disposée à soutenir des parents qui travaillent à temps plein. Notre domicile est entièrement adapté, avec accès pour fauteuil roulant et tout l’équipement nécessaire pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous sommes ouverts à un engagement à long terme. Les tâches quotidiennes incluent notamment : l’alimentation, l’administration des médicaments à l’heure prévue, l’hygiène régulière, les promenades au parc, l’entretien ménager de base, la lessive et le maintien de la propreté de la cuisine. Des services de bain sont offerts chaque soir ; il est donc seulement nécessaire de superviser la maison pendant que ces services sont fournis. He is 24 years old, quiet, friendly young man. He loves to play, enjoys friendly people and very simple to make him happy. His disability from birth consists of a global delay, and is fully dependent as for feeding, mobility and hygeine. His level of development is similar to 3 months child, he can be easily understood through time with facial expressions, gestures, and body language. We are looking for someone who has some experience and ability/passion to learn fast and willing to support parents who are full time employed. Our home is fully adapted with wheelchair access and equipment necessary for supporting our needs. We are open long term commitments . Some of routine tasks surrounding our home would be feeding him, provide medication on time, regular hygiene, walking him to the park, basic housekeeping, laundry and maintaining kitchen. We have bathing services every night so only monitor our home while the service is given is nessesary. Would require some weekend support and we can adapt to a flexible schedule. Summer is more demanding since he is home full time. We can coordinate vacation periods to both our needs.
