Hello, My husband and I are currently looking for an experienced, reliable and dedicated nanny to assist in taking care of our newborn baby from 25th August 2026. We are young professionals getting ready to head back to work. We reside in the WestMount area and are in need of someone with significant experience, who can tenderly look after our little one on a part-time basis initially, with the potential to increase to full-time, depending on when our baby begins attending daycare. The work schedule is. yet to be determined. This will total around 20 - 30 hours per week, however, flexibility is necessary as I work as a surgeon and often encounter late nights. On such occasions, assistance with the baby's bedtime routine including bathing and putting to sleep will be required. Alongside infant care, other responsibilities will include preparing meals for the child, doing the child's laundry, keeping the kitchen tidy and also doing family laundry when needed. As our baby grows, help may also be needed with daycare pickups. Therefore, having a driver's license is required for this position. We are seeking nannies preferably with prior experience in looking after newborns in families with similar professional situations to ours, particularly other doctors. The person would arrive home at 1pm and until 3h45 she would, according to the daily neeeds, buy groceries (there is a Metro store at 3 minutes distance), coock a meal, do the laundry, tidy up, then she would go pick up the children at the day-care (the two youngest, 2 and 4) and at school (the oldest, 6 and a half). They would come home, have some time to play together and then have dinner, she would leave at 6pm, and on Wendnesdays at 6H30pm.
