We are a family looking for a trustworthy and caring person to help with our two children, ages 5 and 3. Both children attend a daycare located just a 5-minute walk from our home. We live in a family-friendly neighbourhood with several parks nearby, making it easy to enjoy outdoor time after daycare. Main responsibilities: Pick up the children from daycare Prepare a simple dinner Give baths Help with the bedtime routine (pajamas, getting ready for bed) Tidy up toys and keep play areas clean and organized Keep the kitchen clean after meals (dishes, wiping surfaces, general cleanup) Occasionally put the children to bed Schedule: Primarily on weekdays from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Occasionally later when we have evening outings Occasional availability for weekend babysitting needs Possibility of caring for the children during short family trips Our children speak French, are curious, active, and love playing outdoors. They are used to being cared for by babysitters and are very sociable. We are a loving and large family of two working parents, four children (aged 11, 11, 8 and 1) and a small, friendly and old dog seeking a housekeeper and nanny four days a week from approximately 1:00 to 7:30 pm. Three weeks paid vacation - two weeks at the end of July and 1 week over the Christmas holidays. Must have at least 5 years experience and must be able to speak French and/or English well. Our family has worked with several nannies over the years and we maintain close relationships with many of them! Our goal would be to find long term support for our family as it grows and evolves. We are hoping to find somebody who can help us maintain a busy home and support our growing kids. Tasks would include: -Walking (small) family dog each day upon arrival -Cleaning entire house (6 bedrooms) biweekly including bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and occasional heavier cleaning of oven, fridge, etc. -Doing laundry, folding and putting away clothing each week -Occasional outdoor chores (sweep backyard, shovel walkway) -Meal prep (chopping, setting table) each day -Pick up 1 year-old from daycare around 3:15 each day -Being home when older children arrive home around 3:45 (aged 11, 11 and 8) and providing them with snacks and supervision until parents return home (around 5-5:30 pm).

We are looking for a reliable and experienced nanny to join our family as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be available to work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3.30pm to 7.30pm and sometimes later and live less than 4km away.
