We are looking for someone to help my parents with their meals for the week. We are hoping you could make 3-4 meals per week (3-4 servings for each meal so they have leftovers for lunch the following day). We are very flexible in terms of how you want to make it work (you can cook at their home or yours, and can make them all at once or on separate days). My mother was recently diagnosed with MS and we have read the following foods are good for her:
-fish, avocados, cruciferous vegetables, onions, garlic, mushrooms, turmeric, olive oil, tomatos, herbs, green leafy veggies,
-essentially lots of natural foods, veggies, fruits, healthy fats, legumes, …
